More Than One Clinician. One Address.
Most clinics focus on one discipline. That works for straightforward injuries. For complex, long-standing conditions, it often is not enough.
Our Bracken Ridge clinic was built for patients who need more than one type of support. A physiotherapist and an exercise physiologist can collaborate on your rehabilitation plan. A women’s health physiotherapist can work alongside our dietitian during pregnancy care. A lymphoedema therapist works in the same space as your treating physio.
You get one patient file, one coordinated team, and one convenient location. Less time repeating your history, more time actually recovering.
This Clinic Is Right For You If...
- You have seen other therapists and are not getting the results you expected
- Your condition involves more than one body system or health concern
- You want a thorough assessment and a structured plan rather than a short appointment and a generic exercise sheet
- You need access to multiple allied health disciplines without driving to different locations
- You live or work within 15 minutes of Bracken Ridge

FAQs
These are the commonly asked questions our patients have for us.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is required to see one of our physiotherapists. Our clinicians are trained to assess, diagnose, and build a management plan independently. If we need medical input, we will communicate directly with your GP or specialist.
What happens in my first appointment?
Your initial appointment runs for a full hour. We use that time to complete a thorough assessment, identify the root cause of your concern, and put a structured treatment plan in place. In most cases, hands-on treatment starts in the same session. For more complex presentations, we may begin treatment in the second appointment after a more detailed assessment.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. Shorts are recommended for lower limb assessments. Loose or stretchy clothing works well for most appointments.
Do you bulk bill?
Physiotherapy does not receive direct government funding. However, patients under CTP or WorkCover claims and DVA holders are eligible for bulk billing. Patients with an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan are seen at a reduced rate, with a gap fee of $29.70. We aim to keep out-of-pocket costs as manageable as possible.
Are there any risks with treatment?
We use modern, gentle techniques. Minor side effects such as mild soreness or temporary symptom fluctuation can occur and typically settle within 24 to 48 hours. If you have any preferences around treatment approach, let your clinician know and they will adjust accordingly.
Can I see more than one clinician at this location?
Yes. The Bracken Ridge clinic is specifically designed for patients who benefit from more than one type of care. Your treating team can share notes and coordinate your plan, so you are not repeating your history at every appointment.
Ready to Get to the Bottom of It?
Book your one-hour initial appointment at our Bracken Ridge clinic. Our team will take the time to understand your condition properly and put a plan in place that actually addresses it.
