We take a careful, individualised approach. That means a thorough assessment, an honest explanation of what’s likely going on, and a treatment plan that fits your body, your goals and your day-to-day life; not a one-size-fits-all template.
Initial appointments run for a full hour. That gives us time to:
Follow-up appointments are typically shorter and focus on progressing your plan, fine-tuning exercises, and tracking how you’re tracking.
We work hands-on, but we lean heavily on movement and education too. The goal isn’t to keep you coming back forever — it’s to give you the tools to manage things yourself and stay confident in your body.

Physiotherapy Clinic Near Bracken Ridge, North Brisbane
Bracken Ridge is a large, well-established residential suburb on Brisbane’s northern edge, sitting roughly 20 kilometres from the CBD within the Brisbane City Council area. Bordered by Bald Hills to the north, Carseldine to the south, and the bayside corridor of Deagon and Sandgate to the west, it’s a suburb that has grown steadily into one of north Brisbane’s most self-contained communities — with its own schools, parks, sporting clubs and retail strips, and a population that tends to put down roots rather than pass through. The Bruce Highway runs along its western edge, giving residents easy access north toward the Sunshine Coast or south into the city, while Gawain Road — where our clinic sits — connects the suburb’s residential streets to the broader northern Brisbane network.
The suburb has a strongly active community character. The parks and reserves scattered throughout Bracken Ridge support a busy local sporting culture, with junior and senior clubs across football, cricket, netball and athletics drawing consistent participation from families across the northern catchment. Bracken Ridge Plaza on Gawain Road anchors the suburb’s day-to-day retail — covering the supermarket, pharmacy, café and services stops that make up the practical rhythm of suburban life. For bigger retail needs, Westfield Chermside is a short drive south, and the growing North Lakes precinct is accessible to the north via the highway.
What sets Bracken Ridge apart from many of Brisbane’s outer suburbs is the combination of accessibility and openness. The nearest train stations at Bald Hills to the north and Carseldine to the south offer city rail connections without the need to drive into the CBD, and the suburb’s proximity to Lake Samsonvale and the broader D’Aguilar National Park corridor gives residents a genuine bushland escape within a 20-minute drive. The bayside suburbs of Sandgate and Brighton are equally close in the other direction — which means Bracken Ridge residents get the best of both the bush and the bay without committing to either.
Our clinic at 3/81 Gawain Road sits at the practical heart of this community. We’re here for the northern Brisbane families managing long-standing conditions, the active locals who’ve picked up an injury they can’t shake, and the patients working through complex or multi-disciplinary health needs who want a clinic that can coordinate their care without sending them to three different locations. We see patients from right across the northern Brisbane corridor, including Bald Hills, Carseldine, Taigum, Deagon, Fitzgibbon and beyond.
