Diljot's Profile
Diljot (Dil) is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move with confidence and return to the activities that matter most to them. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland and has gained experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and paediatric settings.
Dil believes that effective physiotherapy goes beyond treating symptoms. She takes a collaborative, patient-centred approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals, whether that is reducing pain, improving strength and mobility, returning to sport, keeping up with family, or maintaining independence in everyday life.
She has a particular interest in supporting people across all stages of life, from children and adolescents to older adults, and enjoys helping patients build long-term confidence in managing their health. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based exercise, education, and hands-on therapy to create practical and achievable pathways toward recovery.
Building strong therapeutic relationships is at the heart of Dil’s practice. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Punjabi, she values providing accessible care to people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outside the clinic, Dil enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time with family and friends, bringing the same warmth and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her clinical practice.
